T’ai Chi Chuan is an ancient martial art based on the traditional Chinese philosophy of Taoism. Fundamentally it is a means of becoming in harmony with life and managing any conflicts in the most positive and constructive way. Different teachers emphasise different aspects of T’ai Chi. In my Everyday T'ai Chi classes I like to focus on the aspects of this wonderful art that have the most relevance to our day-to-day lives. This includes developing the right attitude and state of mind to avoid conflict, feel more energised, avoid stress and stressful situations, and to improve your mental and physical health. |
