If you have not attended one of my Alexander Technique classes before but would like to, now is the time to com along! If you attend your first class beofore the end of March I'll give it to you FREE.

Classes take place at Rookery Farm on Thursday evenings, and in Clifton, Bristol on Wednesday afternoons at the University students' union in Queens Road.

Even after just one session you will have learnt some of the basic principles and be able to apply them to your life every day.
