My path to establishing Paul Baker and Company began at public school where I became aware of how unfair life was and decided that I would rather be helping people than exploiting them.

At art college I became distracted by hang gliding. At that time you could only buy a kit, so it was a case of reading the manual and then just doing it! My friends and I (through luck and talent) taught ourselves how to fly and eventually started the UK's first official hang gliding school and developed ways of teaching people both safely and quickly.

Deciding to also do something down to earth I became involved with gardening. I was shocked to discover the degree to which most gardeners were fighting nature rather than working in harmony with it. I studied permaculture and became more concerned about environmental issues as a result.

Back problems led me to explore a number of disciplines, including Alexander Technique, which I studied to become a qualified teacher.

I also explored Neuro Linguistic Programming and qualified as a practitioner. Later, I did both the Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer courses and, as a progression, studied DBM (Developmental Behavioural Modelling) for a number of years. I also qualified as an instructor in the Sedona Method and became a professional hypnotherapist, passing exams with the Academy of Curative Hypnotherapists.

Now, with a growing number of talented and like-minded individuals, through Paul Baker and Company, I'm drawing all of my experience, expertise and enthusiasm together to benefit people in a directed and effective manner.
