My Alexander Technique classes are an exploration of how your mind affects your body and how your body affects your mind. If you want your body and mind to work better together, and discover the benefits this can bring, these classes are ideal.

Working around your preferences
Some people prefer individual sessions, others feel that learning is faster, easier and more fun in a group. Try either one, or both – it's up to you.

In each session we explore our ideas about what we do in our lives and how we do it, to discover how helpful those ideas actually are. We develop an understanding of a number of key principles and how to make best use of them.
